ZoomCall Team Plan Details

ZoomCall team plan is available for companies and independent work groups of 10 or more users. Here is what you will get with your ZoomCall team plan:

• Unlimited outgoing and incoming video calls
• Text chat
• Video recording
• Slideshow
• Screen sharing
• File transfer
• Whiteboard
• Ability to initiate a group video conference with up to 6 users!
• Ability to initiate a group video conference with up to 80 participants in a special VideoMeeting Mode! (option)
• Administrative web access for group management, accounting and statistics

The minimum price for the ZoomCall Team plan is $9.95 per month for 10 Team members. You can create a bigger team if you want (add $10 for any additional member).

How to Register a ZoomCall Group Account

ZoomCall group accounts combine a number of users into one account for administration and billing purposes. If you want to set up a ZoomCall group account, you can register a group online and become this group's administrator, or hand over the group administration task to another user. Each ZoomCall group receives a unique group code. This code will allow new users to register a new account as a member of this group, as well as, enable existing ZoomCall users to join that group, thereby changing their account type from "individual" to "group member". As long as the group is in good standing, all members have unlimited use of the available ZoomCall service features.

How to Join a ZoomCall Group as an Individual

If you are already a registered ZoomCall user and you were invited to become a member of a company-sponsored group account, you should have received a group code from your group account administrator. With this code, you can join a group account and receive unlimited ZoomCall usage. Sign into your Member's Area to join a group using your group code.

VideoMeeting Mode

VideoMeeting is a special type of group video conference. It allows to participate 80 users in one video session. But this mode calls unsymmetric because all of the participants can see and hear but only people on the "podium" can be seen and heard. There are 3 places on the podium and the Host of the conference (administrator) can manage them.
