| | | | | | | | | How can I call somebody over ZoomCall?
ZoomCall uses e-mail address to direct calls between registered users. Thus, ZoomCalling your friend or colleague is as easy as it gets. Simply enter an e-mail address of the person you wish to call into the Address Bar of the ZoomCall application and press the Connect button. If person you are calling is online, you will be in a conference in no time. Adding users to your Address Book will allow you to see their real-time status, so that you can be sure your call will reach them at the right time.
Note that you will not be able to complete a video call to a person who has not registered with ZoomCall. However you can still invite your friends and colleagues to register by simply ZoomCalling their e-mail addresses. The system will automatically send an invitation to download ZoomCall and a special link to call you back as soon as the client is installed. Your colleague does not even need a camera. He or she can download the software and you will both be able to talk to each other, and your colleague will be able to see you. Of course, if they do happen to have a camera, you can be up and running on a video call within minutes of the invitation.
